Stayed Oct 20-22 2023 - Room was great, breakfast was amazing, plenty of parking, fair price. It was difficult to get a front desk agent at the counter however. When I checked in, when i was looking for information AND when I wanted to check-out, there was no desk agent to be found, until I had to pop my head in the back office and say -hello? I do wish there was more nights with "social hour" than only Wednesday. I would have liked to take advantage after a long drive that day. I would stay again.

The staff here is excellent. I met the late night shift, young man. He is so kind, polite, and just friendly as can be. This is a company suggested hotel. I don't get up to this area much. But I have enjoyed my stay every time. I have another upcoming stay this week. Hopefully, I will have time to meet other staff members.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the room. Hair clumps were on the floor, the carpet made our socks black, but the strong wet dog smell (especially on the couch) was what really grossed us out. We couldn't get comfortable sitting in the living area because every surface and fabric seemed to be oozing stinky dog funk. The room was otherwise as expected and the breakfast was good. Access to the highway, proximity to restaurants, and the quiet, safe location was also good. Would have been a great stay if the room felt clean!

We stayed here for 5 days this past week. Nothing bad to say. Our big thing is cleanliness, and everything was pristine. The customer service was better than any we've experienced in years. Not just doing their job, but all so personable, going above and beyond. The pool, fitness center, grounds, basketball court, all well maintained and inviting. The breakfast had many options, and of good quality. The little omelettes were delicious, the bacon too! Absolutely recommend, couldn't think of a complaint if I tried.

The front desk staff was super friendly and extremely helpful,our room was ready way before they said it would be which was really convenient our room was one of tbe nicest rooms I’ve stayed in very clean the whole hotel all in all is great I highly recommend it
